How We Set Fees

Clients receive a free proposal describing the scope of work and associated fees for suggested services. Our fees are based upon how much and what type of services you request. We prefer a conversation or two (or email exchange) to clarify your objectives and requirements for our services. High-level skill sets and experience are priced competitively, and differentiated from basic skills or clerical tasks that may be part of the management of your project.

Marni Media generally submits bids by project or as individual services and our fees depend upon the scope of work requested. For example, our fee to layout and write a 1200 word newsletter when you supply the basic factual content and images, is not as much as the fee for original research, design/layout and copy writing for a 1200 word newsletter.

Payment for Services

Advertising placement and media buying services (including pay-per-click search engine ad placement) are priced as a flat monthly fee dependent upon how many placements are required. We do not charge for media services as a percentage of total media bought. Clients pay directly for pay-per-click ad placement services. We find this usually saves the client money over time.

It is our practice to receive a portion (usually half) of the project fee to begin work after a proposal is accepted. A payment schedule will be determined with the client and based upon the length and scope of the media services.

Marni Media accepts payment online through Pay Pal credit card secure services; or you may pay with a bank wire transfer, or mail a business check to Marni Media at P.O. Box 41206, Phoenix, AZ 85080-1206.
